Year End Meeting
*For all Registered Members*
Our annual Year End Banquet and Club Meeting will be taking place on Sunday, October 27th at 12:00 p.m. at Carp Agricultural Hall, in the bar room above the arena we pull in. Lunch will be noon until 1:00 p.m, followed by the meeting.
The Club is providing beef on a bun and drinks, the rest will be pot luck like previous years. We won't have access to a kitchen, so think cold foods (a dish/side, veggie/fruit tray, chips, cookies, salads, squares etc...) if bringing something hot, bring the slow cooker or whatever you will need to heat it. There will be NO OVEN OR STOVE.
If you paid your $50 and bought a one year membership, your meal is free and you can bring one guest as in past years. If you are not a paid member but have been out to a pull or two you are welcome, but a $10 fee would be appreciated to help cover food cost.
Don Neil will be purchasing the beef therefore I will need an RSVP by the 24th at the latest with number of people coming and if and what you are bringing to the pot luck. Please RSVP using the Form below, or if necessary, Yves or Bailey.
The Agenda will be much the same as every year. If you want to bring up an item for the agenda you can contact Yves or Bailey ahead of time if you wish. Any agenda items that require a vote, if there are any, are to be voted on by members in good standing.
We are asking everyone to RSVP by Thursday, October 24th so that we know how much food to order. The Form can be found at the bottom of this page, or contact Bailey or Yves using the information on the Contact Page or by sending us a message on the Facebook Page. Please make sure that everyone is aware of this since we know some of our members check less frequently than others.
